Welcome to LAP24 Registration!

We are so excited to be offering our first Learning Analytics in Practice event which will be fully online and will take place for a consecutive 24 hours as we circle the globe hitting every time zone. We hope you'll be able to join us synchronously for some of the event but if not, many of our sessions will be recorded and made available for all registered attendees. REFUND POLICY:

The LAP24 refund policy is as follows:

All refund requests must be received in writing to solarsocietymgmt@gmail.com with the subject: LAP24 Refund Request

  • Requests received by June 11, 2024, 11:59pm (AOE) will receive a full refund
  • Requests received after this date are not entitled to any type of refund.

TRANSFER POLICY:

Unable to attend but someone from your university or organization can? You’re in luck! 

We are now able to accept transfer requests. 

Rules for Ticket Transfers:

  • All transfer requests must be submitted to solarsocietymgmt@gmail.com by June 14, 2024, 11:59pm AOE
  • Absolutely no transfers will be accepted after the above deadline.
  • There are no changes in ticket categories for ticket transfers. For example, if you purchased a member priced ticket, the new attendee must also be a member or purchase membership.
    • Regular tickets can be transferred to students but there is no price adjustment available
    • Student tickets cannot be transferred to non-students
