LAP24 has a SIMPLE submission process. There will be no formal proceedings and the options are completely open. We’ve provided some ideas on types and styles of submissions but if you have your own idea - we’d love to hear about it. Submit your proposals and ideas by April 17, 2024 at 11:59pm AOE.

New to Learning Analytics or just want to attend to hear from your colleagues around the world or meet potential collaborators? Great! Registration will open soon and we’ve done our best to keep fees low for SoLAR members. 

We are hoping that all members of the Learning Analytics community and beyond will find interest and value in attending LAP24. Aside from the project presentations, invited speakers -- there will be plenty of informal networking taking place. Whether you’re a researcher, data scientist, Learning Analytics Manager, Instructional Technologist, K-12 teacher (the list goes on, we hope to provide great opportunities for all levels of expertise and interest in Learning Analytics. We hope to have our full schedule ready to go by mid-May 2024.

SoLAR Members - $50

Non-Members - $150 (includes 1 year membership to SoLAR)

SoLAR Student Members - $25

Student Non-Members - $75 (includes 1 year membership to SoLAR)

Please note that since this is SoLAR's first LAP event we are pleased to be able to provide complimentary SoLAR membership through LAP registration. This makes it easier for non-members to join SoLAR at the same time as registration through only one payment.

**Non-members joining SoLAR will receive a discount code to use during SoLAR membership sign-up / instructions will be provided in your LAP confirmation email** If you choose to not use the discount code provided for your SoLAR membership, that is your choice. However, the price for non-member attendance for LAP does not change.

The organizing team is currently finalizing technology decisions. More information will be available in May 2024. 

REFUND POLICY:

The LAP24 refund policy is as follows:

All refund requests must be received in writing to solarsocietymgmt@gmail.com with the subject: LAP24 Refund Request

• Requests received by June 11, 2024, 11:59pm (AOE) will receive a full refund
• Requests received after this date are not entitled to any type of refund.

TRANSFER POLICY:

Unable to attend but someone from your university or organization can? You’re in luck! 

We are now able to accept transfer requests. 

Rules for Ticket Transfers:

• All transfer requests must be submitted to solarsocietymgmt@gmail.com by June 14, 2024, 11:59pm AOE
• Absolutely no transfers will be accepted after the above deadline.
• There are no changes in ticket categories for ticket transfers. For example, if you purchased a member priced ticket, the new attendee must also be a member or purchase membership.
  • Regular tickets can be transferred to students but there is no price adjustment available
  • Student tickets cannot be transferred to non-students
